How to add or modify a contact

To add one contact, follow these steps: 

 

1. Log into your CMS and click on the “Contacts” icon, on the top right of the menu

 

2. Then, click on "New"

3. Fill out the necessary fields: Name, Email, Phone


4. You can also add your contacts' picture in one of the following file formats: PNG, JPG or GIF files up to 8MB

 5. Click on the “Create” button on the bottom right

6. After you click the “Create” button this page will show up, fill in all the information you want to add, then click the “Save” button

  • You can also add gender, tags, organization, about, customer address, notes.  
  • To unsubscribe a contact, click on the blue 'subscribed' slider to change their status to “unsubscribed”. 
  • You can delete a contact by hitting the “Delete” button. 

Reminder: when adding a contact or modifying their information, don’t forget to save by hitting “Save”.
